What You Will Learn
You will learn the basic movement of Cuban salsa, body posture and orientation in space.
We will work with rhythm, music and natural dance expression.
You will learn the basic principles of leading, following and simple partner combinations.
The goal is to help you feel more confident and natural during lessons and on the dance floor.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as for those who have already tried salsa and want to review the basics and gain more confidence. You do not need to have a dance partner. We rotate partners during the lessons.
